We collect information you provide to use the Service, including account information, support messages, project names, submitted text or files, voice settings, and generated audio. We also collect technical, security, and usage information such as IP address, device and browser information, authentication events, and service logs.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• Process payments and account actions, communicate about the Service, and respond to support requests.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, security incidents, unlawful activity, and violations of our Terms.

3. Service Providers and Disclosure

We use third-party providers to operate the Service, including Firebase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare R2/S3-compatible storage for content and generated files, Stripe for payments, and email and infrastructure providers. They may process information as necessary to provide services to us.

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect the Service or others, respond to valid legal requests, or address a security incident.

4. Storage and Retention

We store submitted content and generated files to provide the workspace and Service. Storage availability, retention periods, and access to content may change as the Service evolves. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content and exports. We may delete, archive, or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, when an account is inactive, or when necessary to operate, secure, or manage the Service.

5. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no online service, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

6. Your Requests

You may update certain account information through the Service. You may contact us at quantum.subtitle@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Requests are subject to identity verification, technical limitations, backups, and any obligations to retain information under applicable law.

7. International Processing and Changes

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date is subject to the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
