Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Service Availability

The Service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable at any time. We may add, remove, limit, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, credit product, or access to the Service without liability, to the extent permitted by law. You should maintain independent backups of your content and exported files.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all laws, regulations, licenses, and platform rules that apply to you, your content, and your use or distribution of any output.

4. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited purposes.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, data-protection, or other rights; upload content you are not authorized to use; or use a voice, likeness, or identity without appropriate authorization.
• Do not create, distribute, or facilitate impersonation, scams, harassment, malware, security attacks, or attempts to evade safeguards, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not use the Service in breach of local laws or policies, including laws relating to AI, speech synthesis, content, sanctions, export controls, or consumer protection. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you are located and where your content or output is used.

5. Your Content and Outputs

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, adapt, and use that content, including through service providers, as necessary to operate, protect, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content and use of the Service.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or non-unique. You are responsible for reviewing output before use and for all decisions, use, publication, distribution, permissions, and consequences relating to your content and output.

6. Credits and Payments

Credits are prepaid, non-cash units for eligible Service features. They have no monetary value, are not transferable, and do not create any guaranteed right to continued access to a feature or the Service. Usage rates, eligibility, availability, and credit products may change. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's applicable terms. Except where required by law or where we determine that a clear billing error occurred, purchases are final and non-refundable.

7. Ownership and Feedback

The Service, its software, design, branding, and other materials are owned by VoiceBoo or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties; comply with law; or enforce these Terms. We have no obligation to monitor content or activity.

9. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold VoiceBoo harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, outputs, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceBoo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you actually paid to us for the Service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes and Contact
